Palate

The palate is smooth with luscious fruit sweetness and characters of juicy cherry and dark plum. Fine tannins combine well with the mid-palate fruit sweetness to present a very approachable wine.

 

Cellaring Potential

This wine is drinking perfectly on release, but also has the ability to mature in bottle for 2-4 years.

Grilled steak, beef stew or mildly spicy foods.
