​An enticing aroma of dark plum, raspberry and blackberry with hints of vanilla and pepper grinder.

Palate

This elegant, robust blend has Barossa character and richness stamped all over it. It shows a plush, luscious palate with hints of ripe juicy cherry, dark plum, blackberry and a touch offennel-seed spiciness. Fine soft tannins and
subtle well-integrated oak characters give a juicy, well structured mouthfeel and a smooth lingering finish.

 

Cellaring Potential

Drinking well on release. With careful medium-term ageing it will develop further subtle complexity.

Serving Suggestion
Serve well with mid-weight dishes. Perfect with the barbecue meats, slow cooked port ribs and risottos.
