Palate

This Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon shows rich, ripe cassis berry and minty leaf characters that are well integrated with fine vanillin oak notes. Firm velvety tannins give length and structure creating a wonderful lingering mouthfeel.

 

Cellaring Potential

This wine can be enjoyed now, but also has the ability to mature in bottle for 5-8 years.
