Strong regional characters with leafy, minty characters combined with earthy, dusty notes. The fruit profile shows mulberry and blackcurrant aromas.

Palate

This Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon has rich, ripe cassis berry and minty leaf characters that are well integrated with fine vanillin oak notes. Firm velvety tannins give length and structure creating a wonderful 
lingering mouthfeel. 

 

Cellaring Potential

This wine can be enjoyed now, but also has the ability to mature in bottle for 5-8 years.

Stewed beef, BBQ or lamb.
