Palate

The palate is smooth with luscious fruit sweetness and characters of juicy cherry and dark plum. It is a classic South Australian shiraz which is fruit driven and medium bodied with flavours of mixed berries and violets.

This wine is drinking perfectly on release, but also has the ability to mature in bottle for some time.
